    Hi all

I have a WRT54GS ver6 that I use as a wireless router. 2 computers are connected to the router

Quite often, 2-4 times a day, the connections becomes desfunctional and I have to manually restart (power off/on) the router to get it work again

The router seems to die pretty random, I haven't seen any pattern for it. The router crash when I just surf webpages, the router crash when downloading torrents, the router crash when it likes to

I checked the FAQ, since this seems to be a pretty standard error, but I didnt found any help

This is the status of the router,

                            Firmware Version: v1.51.0, Nov. 10, 2006
      	  	  	Current Time: Sun, Apr 01 2007 09:06:37
      	  	  	MAC Address: 00:18:F8:40:A3:6C
      	  	  	Router Name: WRT54GS
Login Type: Automatic Configuration - DHCP
      	  	  	MTU: 1500
      	  	  	Mode: 11Mbps 802.11b
      	  	  	DHCP Server: Enable
      	  	  	Channel: 11
      	  	  	Encryption Function: Disable
I have had this problem since I bought it, like 3 months ago. Any help would be kick ass

I would load a 3rd party firmware and see if that in itself doesnt fix the problem. If you dont want to do that figure out if its your wireless that is dropping or the router locking up. Channel 11 is not a common channel but there still could be interference that is causing the loss of signal. If the router is locking up then its something else.
