Any chance that we'll see Tomato support for the D-Link DIR-880L? According to the WikiDevi this device is nearly identical to both the RT-AC68U and R7000, it uses the BCM4708 (same as the RT-N18U, RT-AC56U and RT-AC68U) but clocked at 1GHz and has 512MB of RAM (twice what the other top of the line AC1900 routers have). The device is one of the lowest priced high grade AC1900 devices around and seems like an absolute winner if Tomato can be ported to it. There is a glowing review of it over at Trusted Reviews. I read in another thread that shibby is adding support for the DIR-865L so hopefully adding support for the DIR-880L wouldn't be that much more work.

I'm also interested to see if this can be ported over to support Tomato... Would like to use as my main router. Would donate to see this come to life.
