so I have a v2 WRT54G that I installed DD-WRT v23 std on. Then I bought another linksys (v5, crap) so i could have this setup:

    ISP
    Modem
    WRT54G no.1(v5)
    +
    +(wireless)
    +
    WRT54G no.2(v2 w/ ddwrt)

    |xbox
    upstairs computer

so in the ddwrt wireless mode menu, i saw that there was client mode, and client bridged mode. what would I want to use for the linksys upstairs that is receiving the wireless signal? And, would that setup be possible, if the first linksys is the version 5, without ddwrt? If I were to do a client mode thing like that, what settings would I have to edit on the 2nd linksys to receive the signal? because I tried it once, and it didnt work. SO any help would be greatly appreciated
