Do you have any idea what the optimum TCP and UDP timeout values are?? IS there any relation to setting these values and the optimum settings for max connections??

I do agree the re-boots many are seeing are due to the router out of memory. Like I said in an earlier post, all the settings we make on these devices are trade-offs - some for performance, some for features. The trade-off is the actual resources (memory, CPU). I am just trying to get a good understandings of what we are trading, where the breaking points are.

We know when we increase transmitter power, the radio chipset gets hot. Just as we have qauntified this - I am looking to quantify how other settings effect the device. Understanding this WILL help alot of folks out there who get unexplained reboots and lockups

Everybody calls me "Avenger" to, while "Avenger 2.0" is just the name of a cool Stargate SG1 episode ;)
