DDNS and Tomato?

I recently moved to tomato. I tried to find an answer by searching, but seems to me that it is not successful. I have this question regarding setting up my dyndns account.

My WAN IP rarely changes. Because of that, DynDns account doesn't update and If it doesn't update at least once, before 28 days, I receive a notice that they are going to delete my hostname. So how should I setup DDNS so that my WAN IP updates in DNS server regardless my IP changes after certain number of days?
    Thanks

You can set tomato to Auto refresh = 0 and it will only update upon ip change of address.

OK... say I set Auto Refresh = 10, would that mean my WAN IP will be updated in DynDns database regardless it changes(kind of a force update... that is what I want)?

That would update it every 10 days whether it changes or not. I am not sure what service you have but most want 28 days or so which is what I have set for DynDNS and freeDNS.

Edit: I misread you original post (or it was edited) and thought you did not want an update unless your IP changed. For DynDNS set the number to 28.
