Hello there, I have recently started using the WAG54G and everything was working fine for about a week, till today, by phoneline was getting regraded today and my phoneline and my ADSL line went down all of a sudden, after my line came back up about half an hour later, but the router would not see the ADSL line, I have tried connecting with another line and also tried to connect with my old USB modem, and I can get on through the USB modem but the router just sits there even with the line plugged in and working, it does not see the ADSL line working, I am using firmware version 1.00.19. The only lights on the front are the power, the first hardwired computer and the wireless WLAN. The DSL lights are dark. If anybody can shed some light on it then I would be very gratfull.

    Thanks

Same problem here, but after a storm. My line was protected, and the router works ok with lan and wlan, but the dsl led blink for some seconds and then stays always off.
I've tried with any firmware available but seems there's nothing to do.

I had something similar happen to me recently. Disconnect the power to your WAG and then press the reset button in as you reconnect the power; hold the button in for "no less than" a 30 second count.

It could be that the switchover "bumped" your settings and it just needs to be cleared.

done that nothing happened, all the settings were already cleared nothing I have tried seems to work, I now know that it is not the router as I tried it at a friends and the light come on as normal.
