Debian Etch Linux (oh no) and Linksys

Discussion in 'Networking Issues' started by zachthephilosopher, Jul 11, 2006.

  1. Two questions: First, is there a decent linksys usb wifi adapter that will work with Debian Etch?

    Second:

I've given up looking for the above usb wifi adapter and am thinking of getting a wireless bridge. Are there any known issues with linux and the linksys wireless bridge?

    Thanks

tbh i would go for a WRT54GL (NOT WRT54G or GS) and the use HyperWRT Thibor15c. it has Wireless Ethernet Bridge Mode as one of its features.
