    Hi all,

I'm currently using WRT160N v3, stock firmware. I'm encountering disconnection, whenever it rains, my DSL connection will drop.

For the duration of the rains, the DSL connection will keep disconnect and reconnect. this will continue until the rains stop, then the connection is stable again.

i was wondering if installing the Tomato Firmware will strengthen my DSL connection? Hence, better SNR & Attenuation Signal? Or will it only boost performance on WAN & Wireless between modem and desktop/laptop connection only?

    Pls Help.

Best to have your Telco check the wiring. why would adding a new firmware to a router (not the ADSL modem) create a better line? the issue is with your Telephone line.
