I have a HP printer with printer server connected to the router, but other computers hooked to the hub (wireless or wired) can't detect it when I try to install the printer. Is there something preventing my computers from seeing the printer on the router?

You need to set the right IP address. And what firmware are you running on your WRT?

Are you using a print server or are you sharing the printer as a network printer. If you are using a print server, which print server is it?

    My firmware is 2.02.7.

I turned on NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBios protocol and it allowed a wired computer to detect and install. However, when I did the same for a wireless, it was able to detect but NOT install. The error was something like wrong protocol (?!?). Grr... Seems to not want to install via TCP/IP alone; requires the other protocol.

I'm not sure exactly what the print server is, but it is the one that comes with the HP 2200dn (which is my printer).
