I was wondering if there was a way to or a Firmware varient that will allow me to set a DHCP forwarding IP.

TO be clear, I want the computers to connected to the WRT (Tomato) but I want the WRT to forward DHCP requests to a Windows Server with DHCP setup.

Is the Windows server on the same subnet?

There should be no need to create a helper forward for DHCP in that case - just disable DHCP on your router and the broadcast packets will automatically reach (and be serviced by) the Windows server.

How about if your DHCP server is on a different subnet and the router connects to that subnet through Openvpn? - I did this with dd-wrt by using dhcp-fwd to forward dhcp requests through the vpn connection to the main dhcp server. I notice however dhcpfwd is not in the tomato vpn firmware I have.. Anyone know what my options are?
