    My setup:
    Shibby 1.28 - patch 115

    modem <-> tomato <-> switch (Netgear 724T)

    Tomato has dhcp setup.
    If I plug any device to one of tomato's 4 LAN ports I get an IP by the dhcp server.

    If I connect the switch to a LAN port on tomato and connect a device to the switch then I don't get an IP.

    Tomato log shows:
    Dec 20 21:12:10 tomato daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[2222]: DHCPDISCOVER(br0) xx:xx:xx:xx:x:01
    Dec 20 21:12:10 tomato daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[2222]: DHCPOFFER(br0) xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:01

    It seems to be responding but the device connected to the switch does not get that IP. Instead it fail to

    Also, I have an Airport Express connected to one of the LAN ports of tomato and it leases IPs no problem to Wi-Fi clients.

    Any help I would appreciate.

    Nvm. Switch was having issues. Restored it and it is ok now.
    Could an admin remove this post?
