I got my WRT54G today and went with Alchemy V1.0 right away... I am very happy with the firmware so far. One issue I have:
I set my VoIP box (Cisco ATA-186) and two main computers with dhcpd entries. They get the right IP adresses - but when I query the lease expriation (ipconfig /all on windows) I see that they only get 24 hour leases. The DHCP Client Lease Time is set to 1440. This is not an issue for the computers - but the ATA-186 drops all calls when doing a DHCP renew (at least it used to - I had my lease set to 24 days on my old router) so I'd like to get the lease time on the 'static' DHCP entries up to 1440 minutes as well. Does anyone know where I can set that (I queried the nvram settings but couldn't find anything remotely likely)...

dhcp_lease is the varialbe in nvram you want to change. type the following commands in your telnet session:
    nvram set dhcp_lease=1440
    nvram commit

This should set it to what you have indicated in your post. You should have also been able to set this on the main page http://your_ip/index.asp

I had a brain freeze there (need more coffee) and didn't realize that 1440 is one day... #-o I upped it as much as possible (it looks like it doesnt' take any value beyond 5760 (just sets it back to 5760 on reboot) - but that's 5 days so it should be fine....
    Thanks for your help!
I really like the router and the firmware - finally something running linux with endless possibilities to tweak
