    Hi dear friends,

    sorry for my bad English.....
I should buy a router ADSL with AP WI-FI but I am confused.
    Is better WAG54G or WRT54GS?
I have a Notebook Intel centrino with integrated lan wifi intel 8200bg.
Is better one antenna of WAG54G or two antenna of WRT54GS.

    Thanks in advance.

One or two antenna's doesn't make much difference.

If you are not planning to run custom firmware on your router, the WAG54G will be the best choice for you.

Thanks a lot for answer, but I don't understand what are the difference.
WAG54G is a modem with gateway and wi-fi, and WRT54GS is a router with gateway wifi and the same characteristic.

I've read the manual but I don't see the difference.
    Please Help me to know.

    Thank a lot

The WAG54G has an ADSL modem built into the unit, has a firewall (SPI) and also 5 VPN endpoints.

The WRT54G(S) does not have an ADSL modem, and is intended for cable/DSL broadband connections, This has a NAT firewall, the new Linksys Parental controls, dont know about VPN endpoints, can anyone clarify :?:

If you use ADSL you would either need the WAG54G, or, the WRT54G(S) and an ethernet based ADSL modem
