that is completly normal, it is not an error, it is a warning message. if you said yes, the nslu2 should have upgraded itself. HOWEVER, i noticed that you are trying to downgade to the original firmware. you cant change the firmware using the webui. you need to boot into redboot flash mode... basically to do that turn off the nslu2 (if it isnt already) turn it on and AS SOON as the ready/status led changes to red press the restet button (back of nslu2) the led should start alternating between red and green. download the sercomm utility and click "find targets" selcet\the mac address of the nslu2 you want to flash. then click "files" and navigate to the directpry where you saved the firmware bin file. select it and click "open" then click "upgrade" do not power off the pc or the nslu2 or anything else while it is upgrading.
here is the link to the sercom utility: http://www.sercomm.com/web/download.nsf/cd9678c311095856482566a5000aac9e/7f17bf7344cfc12f482566aa00389845/$FILE/Upgrade_207_XP.exe
also, for more info on unslung, you can go to: http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/Main/HomePage
