Doc and client software updates to match firmware updates?

I recently updated my WRT54G firmware with the stock code from Linksys for the first time since I bought it several years ago (version 1.0). Is there any new documentation anywhere to go along with the new firmware Linksys releases? The web management console documentation is a bit skinny, tiresome to read online, and hard to print.

Unfortunately the documentation that came with the hardware did not mention dropping the network connection to 10mbit-half, so I bricked my router on the initial try. The good news is that this little incident lead me to and a document that told me how to unbrick my router. It works and much thanks!

Unfortunately, now I cannot get my Windows XP Home client to reconnect to the WAP. They see it, but cannot authenticate. Is there some update to the client-side software required?
