Does DMZ "enable" GRE 47? (I've got PPTP passthrough enabled.)

I can VPN from my Vista Business using its native PPTP client *IF* I've got my office's VPN server in the RVS4000 DMZ... But note that I've got PPTP Passthrough enabled and 1723 forwarded.

Does being in the DMZ somehow enable GRE 47? I've run pptpsvr.exe and pptpclnt.exe and the 1723 connection works fine, but hangs at the GRE 47. How come GRE 47 doesn't seem to work on the RVS4000 unless I've got the VPN server in the DMZ?

Well, I got it... I know my original question probably sounded stupid, but...

I had used the "Port Range Forwarding" instead of "Single Port Forwarding" to forward port 1723. I had always been under the impression that you could use one or the other... I guess I was wrong. Using "Single Port Forwarding" made it work.
