Does overclocking really affect the load average?

    Anything below 240 MHz the load average isn't as high, but when the cpu is overclocked at 240MHz and up the load average increases as much as 60 percent. It must affect it, maybe only on this type of router.

    This is for WRT54GS V.4 ROUTERS USING DD-WRT (5/16/06) V.23 SP1 (Standard) FIRMWARE.
