Does WRT54GL support Vista's TCP Window Scaling?

Just a quick question, does WRT54GL with Tomato firmware work correctly with Vista's TCP Window Scaling (autotuning in tcp options)?

I'm asking because I was experiencing some weird file sharing issues on my network, and while I do not think they are related to autotuning, Vista gives me conflicting info:

I used this great Internet Connectivity Evaluation Tool from Microsoft and it told my my router passes TCP High Performance Test.

On the other hand when I clicked 'Diagnose and Repair' for my internet connection, it said some TCP settings were incompatible with my router, and when I clicked Yes to disable them, it set my autotuning level to disabled (previous one was highlyrestricted - default in Vista SP1).

So I'm a bit confused here
