Domain routing question

I've got a simple question that I think I know the answer to, but just wanted to make sure.

I was wondering if it might be possible to use the router to properly direct traffic towards a particular computer based on the domain request. For example, I've got the two dynamic domains zxian.dyndns.org and zxian.mine.nu both pointing towards my router, but I'd like dyndns.org to point towards a Linux webserver and mine.nu to point to a Windows webserver.

    Possible? yes, no, maybe so?

It may be possible to have the router web server listen for requests on the external IP and redirect to the proper internal host.

This would require quite a bit of manual setup, nothing in the GUI for this. I'm sure there are a number of issues that would come up with trying to configure this.

If you are familiar with the http server and iptables you might be able to get this working.
