Why can't you just throw out the old MT800 and plug the WAG into the phone line?

If you have to use the MT800 the best you can hope is to use the WAG as a switch/ wireless access point (disable dhcp, upnp etc and plug modem into LAN port). The WAG it is designed to route to the adsl port.

i tried to use the WAG directly , but mine is Annex B and doesnt have ADSL slot but instead got the LINE port wich is contain 8 pins not the normal 4 pins

but ill try to use WAG as a switch/ wireless access point ,

and thaaaaaaaaaaaanks for your reply:) :) :) :)

I see now - I have wondered before what hardware difference there was between Annex A and Annex B - the firmware seems to only need the DSL driver changed.
