I would like to create an SSH tunnel from my computer ( to tomato, but cannot get it to work. Here's the command I'm testing the tunnel with:
    ssh -L 21212: -p 2222 root@
And then I connect to with my computer's browser, but nothing happens.

    dropbear is launched with -a -p 2222.

Hmm.. no replies so far :)

There must be at least one person who uses Tomato for ssh tunneling :)

My main idea is to create a tunnel between my remote host and tomato and access the web gui through it. But I cannot get the tunnel even working when I connect from the LAN (192.168.1.x).

Normal shell connection works but tunneling no.

What could be the reason? I'm using Tomato 1.25 ND.

Ok, I got it working now :)

There wasn't actually anything wrong with the ssh tunnel.
I just forgot to type https:// in my browsers adress bar
