Dual RV042 VPN routing question

    Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to figure out if this is possible, and if it is possible, how might I do it?

I have two RV042s, one at Site A, and one at Site B. Site A is the corporate network for a small business, site B is a branch office with some file servers, etc.

Site A is a 10.0.0.x network, while site B is a 192.168.1.x network. The two sites are constantly connected via a Gateway to Gateway VPN.

From Site A, we can ping anything at Site B with no problems, same from Site B.

Here's where my problem is, from any remote location, I can connect to a client-gateway VPN to the RV042 at Site B. What I want to accomplish is VPN connects to Site B (192.168.1.x network) and I can then access the 10.0.0.x network at Site A (through the gateway to gateway VPN).

I've found some information online, and it looks to be called "Hairpin routing". I know some of the more advanced VPN solutions, such as Cisco ASA support this, but does the RVxxx series support this?

If so, please help me out. If you have any other questions on the configuration, let me know.

It's September 2009 and I have the same question. From the lack of response to this question in March 2008, should I assume this is not possible?

I have two RV042's linked on a permanent basis from 'head office' to 'yard office' and, through a quirk of my ISP (Telstra in Oz), the 'yard office', which is on a static IP, is the only end that Quick VPN connections can be made (the quirk is that the 'head office' is a dynamic IP based non-business product that appears to block port 500).

The people I have connecting via Quick VPN need to see the 'head office' servers. I think this is exactly the same problem as above.

Anyone able to offer anything on this?

    Thanks in advance,
