I have a RV042 firmware and having issues with dual WAN.

    IXP1 - Cable (WAN IP - DHCP)
    IXP2 - ADSL (WAN IP - PPPoE)

From what i found out, the MTU are the same @ 1500. And i can't surf the net at all. It keeps stalling. I did try to follow one article to telnet in to change the MTU. However it keeps resetting when i type in "ifconfig ixp2 mtu 1492" @ the shell.

    Please help.

It works only when i key in "ifconfig ppp0 mtu 1492" and NOT "ifconfig ixp2 mtu 1492".

Btw this command is not permanent, the settings will be gone once reboot. Can the new firmware be updated to have 2 MTU settings on the webpage or any commands to make it permanent?
