Hi I currently have a WRT320N that is CFE flashed to E2000 that is currently loaded with toastman's firmware. I have one laptop that supports 5ghz and then another laptop, printer, and xbox that support 2.4ghz. I'm looking at getting a refurbished E3000, as I would like a USB port, and was going to see how things worked with my laptop on 5ghz. Currently file transfers between the two laptops is terrible, like 3 megabytes per second, I am wondering if having one laptop operating on the 5ghz and one on the 2.4ghz will make the transfers a little better since they won't be using the same radio?

Also, does anyone know if the 2.4ghz radio on the E3000 is better than the E2000? I'm assuming the extra antenna helps as well?
