I heard that in this firmware there are malicious binaries or built in man in the middle tasks

    But I can be wrong

I don't mind some Chinese hacker reading my emails :D
    Just look at this:
It's a screenshot of web GUI from an earlier dualWAN version translated into English. But I will be using original Chinese. Just don't know what version to flash for E3000. Maybe it's not compatible with E3000 at all, I don't know.
Tried singing up at dualwan.cn to ask them directly, but couldn't pass Chinese captcha.

Really?, don't you think there would be a mention of E3000 and 60kB nvram versions on that page, or the hardware list?

Asus have been working on dualwan with their original firmware for sometime, about time we had an opensource implementation of multiwan in tomato - OpenWrt have it now!

Yes,I'm sure about that.I don't have an E3000 router, but I searched the Chinese dualwan forum and as I say, lots of people had successfully flashed the dualwan version.
I have no idea about the 60KB nvram,as I konw it supported 32KB nvram.
The hardware list has expired, the last update was 5/21 2011.

If tomato won't work then try OpenWRT and let us know.
