I've just bought the E3000 router and I upgraded it to the lastest tomatoRAF victek's firmware.

When configuring the USB HDD I got an error message: Failed to mount. Verify the device is plugged in, and try again.

I tried with another HDD and It mounted well.

The first one is MAC OSX formatted and the second one is NTFS. Could this be the problem?

Mac's XFS file system not supported, only FAT/FAT32/NTFS.

Perhaps you mean HFS or UFS? XFS goes back to SGI and I didn't think Macs used it.
