    Hello

I have a EFSP42 Print Server (Which I now regret buying:-S, If I could I would install Linux on this just like I have on my WRT54GS) and I want to print to it using TCP/IP not the driver that was supplied by Linksys (mainly because A) its a pain to install every time B) Because it doesn't work well for me all the time)

I searched the forum and found instructions for the printing at http://www.linksysinfo.org/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=9224
I have followed these instructions but when I print, it takes around 2mins then a pop up box comes up saying could not print (page doesn’t print either), but then if I wait around 2mins more my page prints. Anyone know why this is happening? I used a similar method to print from Linux (RHEL4) and it works perfectly.

Also I wanted to upgrade the firmware on the print server, but when I do it says "Error!!! H/W Types Mismatch". The name of the firmware file I'm trying to flash is apfu08.bin. Why isn't it flashing? I'm sure I’ve got the correct firmware. Also I emailed Linksys describing this problem, they replied back saying that this model is now unsupported, and I should buy a new print server, which is an useless reply since now I already have this device I wouldn’t want to buy another one. Currently the print server has version 6214.

Any help will be deeply appreciated
    Thanks in advance
