I want to configure my bandwidth limiter so that each person or group gets assigned a set amount of bandwidth.

ie Ann (192.168.1.100-159) gets assigned a set amount of bandwidth between all her devices, Bob(192.168.1.100-159) gets assigned a set amount of bandwidth between all his devices, and the server(192.168.1.170) gets assigned a set amount of, which as i've set it up (and UL is the only bottleneck I have to manage), to be able to use max resources, but 'throttle down' if demand is high.

I thought I set it up right, and set a 'group policy' right, but when I check the box at the bottom this is what popped up? What is this? Is this for any other device not specified by the BL?

There's always a blank line, só it's expected. Just click save, and ignore that line.
