    From other forums:
Exempt: they will utilize the full bandwidth available. All other connections will be limited to the cap however.
    -------------------------------------------------------------

    my example:
    ------------------------------------------------------------
Example: you have a 2000/1000 internet connection.

you set qos in your router to: 1800/900 (downlink/uplink)

packets marked with bulk, normal, express or premium can use up to 1890/900.

packets marked with EXEMPT can use the full bandwidth 2000/1000.

They can use all the bandwidth, but Whats the priority for EXEMPT ? I dont know. Maybe its higher than premium.

    ** Upgrading now to RC6

Maybe i should give EXEMPT to my gaming-applications
I dont use VOIP and the only thing i need "low" latency is gaming. But i think switch to HFSC is onother (better?) option for "low" latency ?
