    All,

I'm getting ready to reverse-engineer a printer protocol (for the HP2600N, if you must know). It's a network printer with windows drivers. I need to use my Linux machine to capture print jobs from my wifi laptop sent thru the 54g to the network-attached printer. All 3 devices are attached to the 54g, but tcpdump does not read any point-to-point traffic that doesn't involve the host that is running the sniffer.

Of course, I recognize this as generally desirable behavior on the part of the router, but today I want to grab the frames off the wire. Does anyone know how to turn the 54g into a good-ol dumb hub?

Those of you who have interest may follow my progress on my blog at blog.exudex.com.

    Thanks,
    ~ Paul
