Is there any other firmware that functions like Tinypeap i.e. the radius server is built into the router?

Or is Tinypeap "one of a kind"? :)

Sveasoft's alchemy is another RADIUS capable router.
I'm not sure if there exists any more 'consumer-level router'
    which supports radius.

Does Sveasoft's Alchemy have the radius server built in, like your Tinypeap does? Does it allow me to setup users with passwords for authentication along with WPA encryption without a radius server outside of the router?

No. Alchemy only supports Radius authentication with an external Radius server.

There are pleanty of Radius CAPABLE wireless routers. In fact, I dont think I've owned one that you couldnt use Radius with (granted i havent owned THAT many). However, tinypeap firmware on the WRT is the only one that has radius functionality built in.

It appears to have two RADIUS options:

WPA RADIUS is just that, WPA + a radius server authentication.
RADIUS is actually WEP + a radius server authentication. They just don't stipulate in the title that WEP is used.
