firmware option for WRT54G v6?

I recently was given a Linksys WRT54G v6 router. I have a v3 that I successfully flashed with Tomato firmware and it works great. I was hoping I could do the same for this v6, but apparently not. From what I can tell so far, it seems like there is not that much out there for the v6 though.

All I have come up with at this point is a micro version of DD-WRT that can be flashed onto this WRT54G v6. Is this the only thing available and my only option?

If the micro DD-WRT is my only option, is it worth installing and flashing the firmware with? Or is it really not much of an improvement over the firmware I already have?

Does the micro version at least have the following capabilities too:
    - wireless bridge mode
    - turn WAN port into a LAN port like I did with Tomato
