Ok so I am absolutely stumped right now with this Router.
I am using a Linksys RV082 with the newest Firmware: 1.3.98-tm

My issue is port 25 and 443 will not forward correctly. Also now 443 is not working.
It did work before. I have tried everything that I can think of.

Im trying to forward traffic for port 25 to my private ip of my server for mail. Also now trying again to get 443 working to my server remote web based access for apps.

Currently I have the following settings on my Router:

In the Forwarding section I have SMTP 25 and HTTPS 443 forwarded to my pirvate ip 192.168.1.100.

In the Access rules section I have:
    ENABLED
    Action: Allow
    Service: SMTP[25]
    Source Interface: WAN1
    Source: Any
    Destination: 192.168.1.100
    Time: Always

    Action: Allow
    Service: HTTPS[443]
    Source Interface: WAN1
    Source: Any
    Destination: 192.168.1.100
    Time: Always

The Firewall is enabled but SPI, DoS, and Block WAN requests are all disabled.

I can telnet to 25 locally and it works fine.
Trying it from a different internet connection...
In the log of the router when attempting to telnet to 25 it says: Connection Refused - Policy Violation
It shows my public IP and port 25.

As far as 443 goes it does not give me an error when connecting it just simply stopped displaying the webpage.

I used Wireshark on the server. Port 25 does not even make it, and 443 shows a SYN, ACK, but then keeps retrying and times out.

I tried disabling the firewall and also adding in an access rule that allowed everything but that still did not fix the port 25 issue.

If anyone has any suggestions help would be greatly appreciated as I am pretty stumped at this point.

    Thanks!

Ok so enabling SPI on the firewall settings fixes the Remote Web Workplace issue and I can now get to the site like previously. Does not fix my port 25 issue though

BAM, got it. I guess its a must to have UPNP configured to point to the mail server address as well. Kind of weird, but it works
