Found a WRT54G v. 3 on the shelves...

    ....at a Best Buy in Deerfield, IL. The packaging (picture, stickers, etc.) is identical to that of the v. 2.2. The give-away is the CDF8... serial number.

    No, I didn't buy it since I'm 100% stable with a BEFW11S4 v. 4 and don't want to tempt the 802.11 gods.

    Yep and there is a hidden button behind the Cisco logo on the front of it. These units haven't been confirmed to work with any sveasoft version. Some people are speculating it is identical hardware to the WRT54G 2.2

    I saw at the Best Buy and CompUSA in Brookfield, WI this afternoon the new version of the WRT54G also.

    However, I was looking around for a WRT54GS vers1.1 and could only find it for $89.99 except Sams Club which had it for $69.99(version 1.0 only tho).
