Is it possible to backup the bw monitor to a ftp site. I havent installed tomato yet and use ddwrt with bwlog and would like to know how it compares.
    Thanks

    Hi xcaliba,
yes thats possible. You have to do it via ftpput. I use the following command (timedriven, every hour 5min after full hour):
    cru a Stats_Upload "5 * * * * ftpput -u xxxx -p xxxx xxxx rstats-history.gz /var/lib/misc/rstats-history.gz"
Don't forget to put this also to the Init scripts (in case of restart/reboot) !
    Works with no problems here.

    ftpput syntax:

    ftpput [options] remote-host remote-file local-file

Store a local file on a remote machine via FTP.

    Options:

    -v, --verbose Verbose
-u, --username Username to be used
-p, --password Password to be used
-P, --port Port number to be used
