Is there anyware you can get older, and possibly smaller versions of firmwares(linksys or 3rd party) that someone could point me to. My v1.0 doesn't like firmwares over 3mb, but looking for the best working QoS in a firmware under 3mb. Thinking there might be a firmware out there which had a good working QoS function before it's file size got bloated out with other features.

    any help would be great,
    el :)

The Linksys ftp site has older firmware versions. ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/network/
But QOS may be a problem. You have to check the version tecxt to see, when QOS was implemented in the Linksys firmware.

dont think that you will have much luck finding a f/w under 3meg with QoS

i would think of upgrading. maybe to a GS model becasuse it has huge flash and ram.

    have fun, good luck
