    Hello dear folks.

I recently bought the NMH300, i was planning to use it as a dlna server, so i could watch my movies through my tv/blu-ray player.

But when i try to watch mkv. files i get the message, file is not supported.

As i know, the NMH300 supports mkv. files when used as a server, as does my tv (Samsung UE55C6005) and my blu-ray player (Samsung BD-D5300).

I can't se what the problem is.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Im sorry if my english is bad!
And im sorry if what im saying here is absolutely rubbish, since i don't have any knowledge of using a NAS, or Mediahub for that matter,

    Hello,
It is not your lack of knowledge of NAS or Mediahub.
It has to do with your BD-D5300. Only the MKV.files stored on a usb-device that you connect directly to the player will be played.
Samsung D5300 won't play this files from NAS.

I thank you for the answer, mister :)

I find myself inquering, why they would deem it wise to add playable mkv through usb and not streaming..
