    Hi Everyone,

I'm using an Asus WL-520gu wireless router with tomato-Teddy_Bear modification, so far I have an external drive and a printer connected to USB hub, both works great, but I want to upgrade my old HDD with a new one. I was looking around for an enclosure and I found a NexStar NST-360S2i-WH as a suitable enclosure, I like some feature that it has (power managment, to idle/Suspend/power down for itself) but I'm not sure what will happend when the enclosure change to and suspend or power down mode, Will router unmount partitions ? Somebody test it before ? Any recommendation to use it ? I was thinking (in case HDD go down) to use a script to avoid this condition, any tought ?

    Thanks

FWIW, I have been happily using that enclosure for quite some time as backup for my old iBook. The power mgt is transparent to the Mac (via FW and USB), and I would be astonished if it were any different for the router.
