HELP!: Comcast Workplace & WRV54G

    So I just spent 2 hours talking with Comcast trying to get VPN to work with Comcast Workplace and my WRV54G. Here's the problem.

    I have an SMC 8014 cable modem/router. I have set the WRV54G to a STATIC IP address (10.100.1.1) and the modem/router is (10.100.1.2). I enabled PORT FORWARDING on the SMC on 443 to go to 10.100.1.1. It WILL NOT connect to the WRV54G. The SMC has a public STATIC IP. I can ping the IP from anywhere. I even setup another PORT FORWARD to my server, and I can get to that. When I use QuickVPN, it can't even get the "Verifying Network" part. It just cancels and says can't find VPN. What do I need to do to both boxes in order to get VPN to work?!?!? I'm so lost...and so is Comcast.

    I have had lots of issues making quickvpn work on 443, if you have the latest quickvpn you can use 60443 (which works great for me). Make sure you enable your port forwarding appropriately, though i know nothing about your smc modem or the potential issues it could cause.
