    Hi all,

I am looking for the correct Linksys product for using it as an AP Client / Bridge so that I can mount it on my house roof, connect it to a parabolic 24db antenna, point the antenna at my ISP access point and get connected to the internet. Please give me your recommendations.

    Thanks

This is How I Connect to my Wireless ISP. I use an WET11 Connected to a antenna on the roof and the WET11 connects to the WAN Port on my WRT54G.

    Hi,
Thank you for you reply. How stable is WET11? Is it possible to mount it in an external box and place it on the roof and not to worry about heating?

    Thnx

Sorry I don’t now abut that, as my WET11 is indoors and connected via Coaxial cable.

Sounds interesting. Could you tell me :

    1) What is your WET11 hardware version?
    2) The length and type of cable between your WET11 and antenna.

    Thanks

    Firmware Version: 1.5.4 on the WET11. I think the WET11 is v1
And the Coaxial cable is 10 meters of Belden 9931 or you can use some LDF450/500
