    Hi all

I am looking for a new Adsl router. I am kinda looking towards the linksys side of the market, yet keeping my mind open to other makes.

i can't seem to get my head around all the models. Having found some that seem to have all the features but come under some criticism and bad reviews.

i was wonder if you could help.

Here are the features that are needed:
    - Needs to be stable, and well built. (important!!)
    - Inbuilt ADSL modem, supporting ADSL2, and ADSL2+ would be a nice feature for the future. Unless the modems are cheap? rather have one built in though.
    - NAT & SPI (important)
    - QoS (important) i'm a gamer and also a voip user. need to traffic shape others on network. Is this 3rd party firmware only??
    - 100mb Ethernet (1000mb would be nice for the future)
    - wireless, would properly not use this, but its always nice to have the feature if needed.
    - the usual DMZ, port forwarding etc...
    - VPN (not that important) but would be nice to have. since i might need it for work related situations.

my budget is around £100 ($200) aiming at around £50 ($100) product.
Also if you know of any good models other than linksys, please say.

wireless-N is not really wanted, due to bad reviews and N is draft still.

some of the model i have come across
-D-link gaming lounge DGL-4300 - all the features, but no adsl modem built in
-Netgear Rangemax Wireless Modem Router DG834PN - all the features, but no Qos.

    please help.
P.S. give link to products and spec when you post

    Regards
    Sol
