I've bought a new notebook. I try to make it work with my WAG but it connect and disconnect every 2 seconds. My other PC with a USB54G adaptater is OK.

I've try to change the beacon interval, the secruity.... Nothing works for the moment

Which mini-card does your Fujitsi use? I am assuming you are running Windows XP, since it is a new computer. Do you connect and actually get internet access and get an IP Address or is WZC saying you are connecting. If you care connecting and not getting an valid ip address, are you using any encryption. Some wireless NIC use both hexadecimal and and ASCII keys. Linksys only uses hexadecimal keys so you have to specify that you are using a hexadecimal key on the laptop, Make certain that is is of the same length. Do not use a paraphase key generator on the laptop, since parphase generators from tow different manufacturers produce different keys. If you are using WEP keys use only the first key.

Intel wireless pro 2200 BG is used. It working in HADOC mode with my USB54G. But with the WAG, even with no ecryption, and fix IP adress, it see the SSID start to connect and fail ( Signal out of range). I've made my laptop exchanged, but it is the same with the new one

Are you using the Inte WLAN client software or the Windows Zero Configuration Service to try to connect to your WAG54G? If you are using the Intel software did you setup a profile with the SS-ID and channel correctly. I have mistyped the SSID in the past so make certian that you spelled it correctly. If you are using WZC what signal level are you getting? If you look at the sticky thread there seems to be a lot of complaints about the WAG54G. I would find out what version of the firmware is on the WAG54G. I would update the driver and client softwate for the Intel 2200BG in addition.

I've try with both. In any case it is working in hadoc mode between an USB54G and the Amilo notebook.

For the SSIS, it Speeled correctly. From notebook side, the connection start and then there is a signal loss, then a faillure of the connection process.

I've contacted both support without zny success. I'm repplacing the original XP home by a XP pro

Ok, the WAG54g was the guilty guy ! I've made a factory reset and all is OK. But it seems that the intel wireless pro 2200 BG card doesn't like that the wag setting for wireless has been changed to "G Only". However it works fine with my USB54G adaptater
