    Hi,

I hit a snag restoring QOS rules by command line - it seems Putty can only send commands 1024 characters long? If the command is longer, you get > > characters rather than it accepting it. My QOS rules add up to more than double that.

What programs do people use for connecting via SSH to their router and restoring QOS rules after updating its firmware?

    Thanks.

    Solved. (or at least worked-around)

I enabled remote web access via SSH, then used the Tools/System box to paste stuff in. Good enough.
