    2.4 GHz Wireless-G with SpeedBooster
    Model # WRT54GS
    Ser #: CGN D10 540 595
    Firmware Version: v2.07.1

I am able to DCC on IRC, with my main computer, my desktop, which is hard wired to the internet.

However, my second computer is my laptop, which solely runs on my wireless connection to the internet. I go onto IRC via a bounce (psybnc) and this setup will not DCC.

    THE SETTINGS:

Router Config (for my Second Computer-Laptop)
    DCC .. 54000-54010 Both 192.168.1.200 enable
    mIRC .. 113-113 Both 192.168.1.200 enable
(since this is my second computer I used 200 at the end of the ip address and that was a guess.)

    mIRC Config:
I have changed the ports in mIRC to reflect the assigned ports of 54000-54010.
Also in mIRC, I have used the ip address where the bounce resides, instead of the real ip that I use to connect to the internet.

I cannot DCC my bots using the above settings. Any advice?

    SUCCESS!!

I found a website that explains how to configure Linksys with mIRC. Then they took it a step forward and showed how to configure those two with psyBNC They provided very simple, step-by-step, instructions that are also illustrated. I thought I would share it here so that others can breathe a sigh of relief, like I did. Their solutions WORK!!!! :thumb:

HOW TO SETUP YOUR LINKSYS WIRELESS ROUTER SO THAT IT WILL DCC TO mIRC
The first link (below) shows you, with illustrations, what address to put where .. and how to set up the Port Forwarding for DCC, and for mirc. Even I could do it!

psyBNC - HOW TO SETUP DCC BETWEEN THE BOUNCER and mIRC
The second link (below) deals specifically with the psyBNC bounce problem. Again they show you which address to put where, and provided a quick and easy DCC solution. They even included an option that allows you to DCC in mirc, exactly the way you did BEFORE there was a bounce or wireless connection involved!

Sorry I wasn't very good at figuring out how to insert these urls here, but I think (hope) they will work.
