I have a Linksys WRT54G V2.2 router and i want to know if i have 32MB of RAM? The ram module installed is Hynix 430A HY5DU561622DT-J. The router board is almost identical as the one shown on the autopsy page, except for the RAM labeled "430A" and the autopsy page labeled "431A".

    My board:

Not all v2.2's had 32MB of RAM. It required a specific pair of RAM chips to do it (IS42S16800A-7T). From your pic, you only have one RAM chip of 16MB. If you try the hack on any router that doesn't have the right RAM, then you'll kill the unit.

I now know it's only 16MB of RAM!
