Hi, I'm using a netgear wnr3500L v2 with shibby build 115. I plan on using it just as an wireless access point. So I want to change the address of it to something other than 192.168.1.1, however, as soon as I do, I can no longer access the gui at the new address. How are you supposed to do this? I am just changing the address for br0 and disabling dhcp.

Are you using the same subnet? (192.168.1.x)
Static ip address on the computer?
    Wired connection to the AP?

If you change the router subnet then you can change your PC's static address to the same subnet and it will connect. Have fun!
