How to configure this network? (Tomato)

    Refer to the picture below, how to configure this type of network? Both router A and B flashed to Tomato Vicktek v1.22. Thanks!

    AP + WDS will be required

    your wireless encryption choice is also limited - no WPA2

    when you put the router 802.11 MAC's in each routers WDS setup you might have to reboot both routers ( try various sequences ) until they both show up in each others
    device list with WDS

    and what visio shape did you use for the wireless symbol - I have been using lightning bolts :D

    I don't think this will work with Tomato. You're asking Router B to be a repeater bridge, which doesn't work with Tomato. (it should work with dd-wrt).

    I ran WDS with WPA2 for a very long time between my WL500gPv2 and WRT54Gv3. It does work. Also, there is no need to reboot to get the WDS links to show up. Enter the MAC addresses and click save, works every time. I just did a WDS setup last week with my spare WHR-HP-G54 and my WL500gPv2, both loaded with Victek's mod.
