    Hello Gurus,

I have been using my shibby Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-101 K26 USB Big-VPN build on Linksys E3000 (converted from WRT610n v2) as a VPN server with OpenVPN configured mainly to connet to my home network from my office, have done a basic setup which has been running fine after a little trial and error, by running the openVPN client on my work laptop.

Recently I have seen that some websites have been blocked on a national level in my country, hence any ISP or service cannot reach them. I did have a previous registered account on RaptorVPN, so I simply connected the RaptorVPN connection adapter (in Windows 7 32-bit) and voila, using the VPN i can now access the blocked sites. The basic setup was just get registered, get a user/pass and some basic connection info to make the connection. All the browsing on this specific PC is now rerouted via the VPN.

But this method is only client specific, or in other words would only work on the machines which are individually connected to RaptorVPN via the settings, hence the remaining devices on the home network cannot access the same websites.

I was looking for a way to connect the Tomato VPN router as a client to the RaptorVPN whenever needed. So in my assumption, not every individual device needs to have a VPN connection setup individually , instead all the home internet traffic would automtically be redirected via the RaptorVPN, hence being totally seamless for the end users.

I have searched around a little without much help, since i dont know or dont have or never needed any detailed setup parameters in Windows 7 to connect to RaptorVPN, i am unable to find what is to be filled in all the fields in the OpenVPN client setup in tomato. I dont have the ca.cert, server certificate, key and the DH parameters and also the rest of the settings, because they were never needed to make the VPN connection in Windows 7.

Am i doing the right thing for my intended purpose or this VPN client in tomato is meant for anything else.

So any good soul here to give all of us a detailed stepwise setup to connect the router directly to RaptorVPN, I am sure it would be a great help to the community in general.

Thanks for the quick information.I never knew I sounded so dumb :)

I did have a look at these sites , mainly being non-english they arent much friendly. Plus i think i would reiterate the question. Please have a look at the attached screen shots. What exactly is to be filled in each field and where to get the certificate/key/authority files for RaptorVPN. How and what to paste in each box, or do i have to place the files in the internal filesystem of tomato in a specific folder.
