How can I programatically find out the wan address of my router.
A little late off the mark but an answer non the less (your question is very vague). Have a look at Samurize and the digiblur plugin for Alchemy. http://www.linksysinfo.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=259&mode=thread&order=1&thold=0
You can also get it when visiting these address
You mean in a script?
# Get WAN IP and put it in var WANIP
WANIP=`nvram get wan_ipaddr`
There are hidden webpages that detail the information on a WRT54G. Where 192.168.1.1 is the IP address of your router, in your browser enter http://192.168.1.1/SysInfo.htm it will give you the MAC Addresses and other information. It gives the WAN, KLAN and RF MAC addresses.
