as the title, how to fix this IP band width limiter issue, please kindly help me.
If rate is less than 80 the quantum is small warning is provided.
If rate is greater than 16000 quantum is big warning is provided
Probably you have the ULrate (or DLrate) of some IP bandwidth limiter rule set to a value less than 80kbps (further info @ Quantum, rates and r2q informations )
To suppress that quantum is small warning the values written in the rate input-fields should be greater or equal to 80
thanks a lot. but my total upload speed is about 320k bits/s, and we have 10 users, so every one get 32k bits/s.
so i can still set UL rate to 80 k bits/s?
can i change r2q value smaller, and how?
Probably 32 is better suited for the above scenario.
I don't know much myself but I guess you could get a more reliable answer in IP/MAC Bandwidth limiter for Tomato mod release. User Manual topic.
The bandwidth limiter is setup through a script (even the one in Victek Mod), there is also an app that generate a script to copy&paste  wrt54 script generator but it doesn't look that app got a way to set r2q,
It looks it is possible to set r2q though (found mention of a r2q parameters on the net) but I never attempted it myself as I wouldn't know where should/shouldn't be placed (This was the reason I asked if some related feature could be added to the mod)
Some with the necessary know-how could edit the script from wrt54 script generator to add r2q.
I have searched and cannot find the original article by Phykris. Maybe it's been deleted by now. But he did offer this mod in "new_qoslimit.c" to assist with the problem some time ago, I hope you will find this interesting.

I found the original thread, here are some of the posts, look before and after for the rest.
It's just a warning, doesn't affect anything, isn't it?
Probably not anyhting to worry about. Phykris said as much in this post when he noticed it:
I limited upload to max 4kbyte/sec and it is worked very well, so it's just a warning.
thanks all again
